Q: The item I want is not available in my size, will you be getting anymore in?
A: We usually do not restock sold out items.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping will be automatically calculated before the end of checkout. All international packages are insured against loss and damage. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery after package has shipped. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Q: Where is my package, I still have not received it?
A: While we strive to ensure that you receive your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not issue refunds for packages that have a status of "delivered". We recommend that you contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and provide them with your tracking number provided to you through PayPal. Most orders that are over $45.00 before shipping are insured and are eligible for reimbursement through USPS. Most claims can be submitted 21-180 days after the mailing date.
